1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nutribox India's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Nutribox India provides tiffin delivery services through cloud kitchens. Our services include:

• Daily meal subscriptions
• One-time meal orders
• Corporate catering services
• Franchise opportunities

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
• Be available at the delivery address during specified delivery windows
• Pay for all orders placed through your account
• Treat our delivery personnel with respect
• Not use our services for any unlawful purposes

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Nutribox India. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made at the time of order placement unless otherwise specified for subscription services.

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added to your order total.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.

5. Delivery Terms

We strive to deliver orders within the specified time windows. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather conditions, traffic, or high demand periods.

• Lunch delivery: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
• Dinner delivery: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Delivery charges may apply based on location

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the delivery time. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information.

7. Food Safety and Quality

We maintain strict food safety standards in our cloud kitchens. However, we recommend consuming meals within 2 hours of delivery for optimal freshness and safety.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nutribox India's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
